Kaduna-based political figure, Benjamin Gugong, has extended warm Eid al-Adha greetings to Muslims in Kaduna State and across Nigeria, urging citizens to embrace peace, unity, sacrifice, and national development during the festive season.
In a Sallah message, Gugong who is also the Jagaban Kagoro congratulated the Muslim Ummah on the successful celebration of Eid al-Adha, describing the occasion as a reminder of the virtues of obedience, selflessness, loyalty, and faith.
He congratulated Governor Uba Sani of Kaduna state, alongside APC stakeholders, party leaders, officials, members, and supporters at both grassroots and national levels.
The Dan iyan Takad also extended his goodwill to the people of Kaduna State and Nigerians at large, calling on citizens to use the festive period to strengthen love, compassion, and peaceful coexistence.
“Eid al-Adha reminds us of the profound virtues of obedience, loyalty, selflessness, and absolute faith in Almighty Allah. It is a time to reflect on our collective journey and renew our commitment to building a more united, secure, and prosperous society,” he stated.
He further prayed for peace, stability, and prosperity in Nigeria, asking God to grant the nation’s leaders wisdom and strength to guide the country toward greatness.
Gugong, who is also an aspiring lawmaker encouraged Nigerians to celebrate responsibly, support the less privileged, and continue to live in harmony with one another.
