Muslims have been advised to use the period of Ramadan to pray for peace progress and development of Niger state and Nigeria.
A member of House of Representatives representing Bosso Paikoro Federal constituency from Niger state Alh Shehu Barwa Beji gave the advice in a Ramadan message in Minna to the people of his constituency and Nigeria.
Alh Shehu Barwa Beji maintained that such payers became imperative to fast track the much needed peace and development of Niger state and Nigeria to achieve maximum benefits.
The law maker also admonished religious leaders not to relent in preaching peaceful coexistence regardless of ethnic religious and cultural differences for the overall growth and socio economic development of the country.
