Governor Malam Umar Namadi was warmly received by a massive crowd on Sunday as the Gwamnati da Jama’a programme held in his hometown, Kafin-Hausa Local Government Area.

The community stood still as residents, local leaders, and government officials came out in large numbers to welcome the governor and commend ongoing developmental efforts under his administration.

During the event, community representatives outlined key projects executed in the area, while also presenting a list of local needs for government consideration.

Governor Namadi assured that both federal and state governments are committed to sustained development across Jigawa State.

In appreciation, cultural and indigenous groups presented the governor with gifts, applauding his efforts in transforming their communities.

Before leaving, Governor Namadi commissioned a fully equipped healthcare centre in Ruba town to improve access to medical services for residents.

Top government officials present at the event included Deputy Governor Engineer Aminu Usman, Speaker of the State Assembly Rt. Hon. Haruna Aliyu Dangyatin, Minister of State for Education Professor Suwaiba Sa’idu Ahmad, and the Secretary to the State Government Malam Bala Ibrahim.
