Jigawa State Government has expressed appreciation for the prudent management of public funds by the Chairman of Birnin Kudu Local Government Council.
Governor Umar Namadi gave the commendation while commissioning a newly constructed office complex for the chairman at the council secretariat.
He also praised the council chairman, Dr. Muhammad Uba Builder, for his dedication and exemplary leadership in managing the affairs of the local government.
Namadi enjoined the state local government chairmen to brace up towards the provision of infrastructural development projects in their respective areas.
Radio Nigeria reports that, the Governor was accompanied by his Deputy, Engineer Aminu Usman, Speaker jigawa state house of assembly Alhaji Haruna Aliyu Dangytin, Secretary to the State government Malam Bala Ibrahim, members of the state executive council, special advisers, and assistant as well as top government functionaries.
