Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo has visited Zamfara State as part of consultations ahead of the 2023 presidential Primaries.
The Vice President was received at the 207 Quick Response Air Force base Gusau by the Zamfara State Governor Alhaji Bello Mohammed Matawalle, the former governor Abdul’aziz Yari Abubakar and other APC stakeholders in the state.
Radio Nigeria reports that the visit was coming ahead of the APC National convention scheduled to hold on May 29, 2022.
The Vice President met with traditional leaders behind a closed doors and will meet with APC Delegates in Government House, Gusau.
