Partnership to Engage Reform and Learn (PERL), has commended Kano state house of assembly for the passage the Person’s with Disability Amendment Bill 2022.
This was contained in a statement, signed by state team leader PERL -ECP FCDO supported program, Malam Isah Surajo, and made available to Radio Nigeria in Kano.
The statement urged PWDs clusters in Kano, to close rank and advocate for the assenting and establishment of the Disability commission, with needed financial obligations to be reflected in the 2023 State appropriation.
