Taraba AIDS Control Agency (TACA) has held a one-day engagement meeting with Local Government AIDS Control Agency Coordinators and Local Government Covid-19 Vaccination Managers
The meeting, held at the Star Exclusive in Ardo Kola LGA of the state, was chaired by the Director-General of TACA, Dr. Garba Danjuma.
The meeting deliberated on the optimization of Covid-19 vaccine uptake among People Living with HIV (PLHIV) in the state.
In an address, the Director-General of TACA, Dr. Garba Danjuma urged the participants to work as a team to achieve the set goals.
In another development, the Resource Mobilisation Technical Working Group (RMTWG) in Taraba State also held a meeting on how to draw up action plans and strategies to mobilize funds for HIV intervention in the state.
The meeting was held at TACA Conference Hall at the State Secretariat in Jalingo, the capital city.
TACA Media Advocacy Team reports that the HIV Resource Mobilisation Technical Working Group (RMTWG) was supported by RISE Project Taraba.
