The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) Kwara state command has arrested two suspects over alleged vandalisation of rail tracks at Ogbondoroko in Asa local government area of the state.
The suspects are Waheed Ganiyu and Mojeed Afolabi .
Parading the suspects, the spokesman of the Command , Olasunkanmi Ayeni said the incident occurred on the 26th of August this year.
He said the suspects are all aware of the efforts of the Federal Government to put the rail system into use .
Mr Ayeni explained that some criminals do not believe in this vision , adding that they are hell-bent in making efforts of the Federal Government a waste.
He noted that the Command will remain vigilant to ensure that criminal elements who want to make Nigeria uncomfortable are brought to Justice.
