The National Assembly has announced a new resumption date for plenary activities.

In a statement issued this morning, the Clerk of the National Assembly, Kamoru Ogunlana, conveyed the directive of the presiding officers of both chambers.

According to the release, the resumption date earlier fixed for Tuesday, September 23, 2025, has now been postponed to Tuesday, October 7, 2025.

Ogunlana, however, noted that committee activities would continue as scheduled.

He urged all Distinguished Senators and Honourable Members to take note of the adjustment and modify their schedules accordingly.

The Clerk expressed regret over any inconvenience caused by the rescheduling
