The Member Representing Gusau and Tsafe Federal Constituency, Alhaji Kabiru Amadu Mai Palace, has distributed motorcycles, tricycles (Keke Napep) and cars to associations of commercial motorcyclists, taxi drivers, and tricycle riders as part of his ongoing efforts to improve the living standards of his constituents.
The lawmaker also presented some of the vehicles to individual members of the PDP who made significant contributions during his campaigns.
Speaking during the distribution ceremony in Gusau, Kabiru Amadu said the gesture was part of his commitment to tackling youth unemployment and stimulating economic activities in the constituency.
He stated categorically that, the vehicles were not meant for any single individual or a few persons but for the entire membership of the respective associations.

According to Mai Palace, the provision of the vehicles was intended for use in commercial transportation to generate income to support sick members and address other basic needs within the associations.
Alhaji Kabiru Ahmadu Mai Palace explained that 30 series of programmes have been arranged to support his people.
According to Mai Palace, the empowerment initiative is part of his efforts to boost the local economy particularly among youths and transport workers in his constituency aimed at reducing unemployment and supporting the livelihoods of the people.
The lawmaker further urged the beneficiaries to make good use of the vehicles to support themselves and their families, stressing that, the support was strictly based on merit.
Speaking at the event, the Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Zamfara State, Alhaji Jibo Magayaki, who graced the occasion, commended Kabiru Amadu for his foresight and generosity.
He described the empowerment as a landmark initiative that reflects the true spirit of leadership and service to the people.
“I cannot count all the good deeds, I have witnessed from Kabiru Mai Palace towards the people, and the party stands with him in recognition of these noble efforts”
“If I were to list them, I would say Kabiru Ahmadu Mai Palace is someone who has provided cars, tractors, JAMB sponsorships, machines, houses in fact, I cannot list them all.”
He called on other PDP members who were elected under the party, and those who secured positions through it, to also support the people stressing that it is necessary for them to devise ways to assist both the general public and party members.
“This is a clear demonstration of responsible representation,” Alhaji Jibo Magayaki said. “Hon. Kabiru Amadu has once again proven that he is committed to the development and welfare of his people”
“We are proud of his achievements and encourage others in leadership positions to emulate him.”
Several union leaders and beneficiaries also expressed gratitude to the lawmaker, pledging to make judicious use of the support they received.
