The Comptroller-General of the Nigeria Customs Service, Bashir Adeniyi, has commended Assistant Comptroller Sanusi Saulawa and several other officers for demonstrating exceptional performance and professionalism in service.
Speaking at the graduation ceremony of the first batch of the Senior Executive Course in Complex Customs Operations held at the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs in Lagos, the CGC described the honorees as shining examples of the next generation of Customs leadership.

Mr. Adeniyi highlighted the consistency, discipline, and knowledge displayed by the officers, citing Sanusi Saulawa’s representation of the Service at various international conferences as a mark of excellence and future potential.
He said the Service remains committed to grooming world-class officers equipped with the skills and leadership capacity required for modern Customs operations.

The CG’s remarks come as part of ongoing efforts to reposition the Nigeria Customs Service for professionalism, modernization, and trade facilitation.
