President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is set to pay a one-day condolence visit to the family and government of Kano State following the passing away of Late Alhaji Aminu Dantata, a renowned elder statesman, business mogul, and philanthropist.

According to a statement by the Director General of Media and Publicity to Governor Abba Kabir, Sanusi Bature Dawakin Tofa, said the government has completed all necessary arrangements for the visit, including security and logistics.

The state government has urged residents to turn out in large numbers to welcome the President.

” Security and logistics arrangements have been finalized to ensure a smooth and dignified visit.”

The statement reveals that Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf has appealed to residents to welcome President Tinubu warmly and in an orderly manner, reflecting the state’s tradition of hospitality and respect for leaders.

“Governor Yusuf described the visit as a moment of solemn reflection and national respect, emphasizing the need for residents to receive the President with dignity and honor.”

President Tinubu is expected to be received by Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf at the Malam Aminu Kano International Airport before proceeding to the residence of the late businessman in the Koki area of Kano metropolis.
