Late arrival of voting materials has resulted to late voting process in some parts of Kebbi state.
Radio Nigeria Correspondent in Kebbi State reports that, accreditation and voting commences by exactly noon in Birnin Kebbi metrópolis.
He reported that, voters were disappointed as they came out enmass as early morning to exercise their right as citizens of the country but only to found the unavailability of voting materials at the polling units.
Correspondent Abdullahi Tukur also reports that, with the situation, voters still waited for the arrival of the materials.
He observed that, people came out in large numbers in all polling units visited
However In some parts of Kebbi State, particularly the Southern part , voting stated in the morning as materials were deployed early.
