Two students of the Kwara State University (KWASU), Malete, Tobiloba Daniel and Arewa Abayomi have been found dead inside their hostel.
Radio Nigeria gathered that the deceased students were dating before their sad end.
A source said the suspected lovers were not seen during the ongoing examination in the university and also in their class for three days.
It was learnt that when some of their friends got to their hostel outside the school they found them both dead .
The Director, University Relations at Kwara State University, KWASU, Dr Saeedat Aliyu said she has not received official communication on the death of the two students.
Confirming the incident, the Spokesman , Kwara state Police Command Okasanmi Ajayi , said the two students were found dead inside their room and the police was alerted.
Mr Okasanmi noted that the Police had forced the door of the room open and the bodies evacuated to the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital (UITH) for autopsy. adding that investigation into the matter is ongoing.
