Zamfara State Government says it has made adequate arrangement for a one -day official visit of President Muhammad Buhari scheduled for Thursday January 27th, 2022.

State Commissioner of information and Chairman, Publicity Sub Committee on the Presidential visit, Ibrahim Dosara made this known in a statement issued in Gusau, the state capital.

He said the state government was fully prepared to receive the August visitor in January, noting that, Security agencies had mapped out necessary measures to ensure a hitch free event.

The statement warned people against carrying any weapons, including matches, knifes and sticks or any embarrassing banners.

Wrong parking of vehicles are also not allowed, as Federal Road Safety Commission operatives are directed to tow away all violating vehicles for prosecution.

It explained that, Gusau being the state capital would be closed to motorists for three hours, adding that, all motor parks in Gusau would be shut until after the President departs.
