Governor Badaru Abubakar of jigawa state has approved the appointment of Umar Farouk Dutse as the new Director General Manpower Development Institute, Dutse.
In a statement to Radio Nigeria in Dutse by the Secretary to the Government of Jigawa State, Alhaji Adamu Abdulkadir Fanini explains that Farouk Dutse, served as a member of the Governing Council of the Institute from 2015 to 2019.
The statement further disclosed that the appointment is with immediate effect.
