Two Police men have lost their lives following attack on a Police formation at Ubakala in Umuahia south local government area of Abia state by unknown gunmen.
Speaking with Radio Nigeria in Umuahia, the Police Public Relations Officer Abia state command, Mr Geoffrey Ogbonna said the hoodlums numbering over 50 armed with dangerous weapons attacked the station and set it ablaze.
He noted that it was during the attack that two of its personnel were shot dead by the hoodlums.
The Police spokesman said the hoodlums also burnt some of the vehicles parked at the station while stating that investigation into the attack had commenced.
