The Kaduna State Bureau for Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment (KADBUSA) recently hosted a successful Community Youth Hangout event at its Drop-in Center in Unguwan Sarki.

This monthly event provides a safe space for young people to socialize, play board games, and access harm reduction services discreetly.

The event was organized in collaboration with the Society for Family Health, making it a fun and engaging experience for the youth.

The Community Youth Hangout offers free services, including harm reduction programs, creating a welcoming environment for youths across Kaduna State.

The event saw enthusiastic participation from young people, who appreciated the opportunity to hang out, play games, and access essential services in a judgment-free zone.

The success of this event has generated excitement among attendees, who are eagerly looking forward to future hangouts.

As a government agency, KADBUSA aims to prevent and treat substance abuse in Kaduna State. Its initiatives, such as the Community Youth Hangout, demonstrate its commitment to providing supportive services for young people.

By partnering with organizations like the Society for Family Health, KADBUSA can amplify its impact and create a positive difference in the community.
