The Kanwan Katsina District Head of Ketare Alhaji Usman Bello Kankara has commended the Katsina Emirate council for the arrangements made towards organizing this year’s traditional durbar.
Alhaji Usman Bello Kankara made the commendation while riding a horse on a Hawan Bariki traditional homage.
The traditional title holder who was accompanied by his entourage riding a horses and a combination of drummers, singers among other cultural displayers.
In his colourful regalia, the Ketare District Head described the arrangements made by the Katsina Emirate council as what makes the event highly attractive.
Alhaji Usman Bello Kankara congratulated the Emir of Katsina Alhaji Abdulmuminu Kabir Usman and entire council members of the Emirate for witnessing this year’s Eidil Kabir.
The District Head maintained that the this year’s traditional durbar showcased the existing cordial relationship between the traditional title holders and people across the State.
The Ketare District Head also spoke on the efforts made by the traditional title holders towards addressing the issue insecurity affecting their Communities.
He therefore called for more support to the Government and other stakeholders in restoring peace and unity especially at the fronline local Government in the State.
