The Chairman Kaduna State Council of Chiefs and Emir of Zazzau Mal Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli has expressed satisfaction over the performance of Islamic preachers during this year’s Ramadan tafsir.

Malam Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli stated this while receiving groups of Ulamas who conducted this year’s Ramadan Tafsir at his palace in Zaria.

According to him, the Islamic preachers did a good job as well as prayed for peace to reign in the country.

The Emir reiterated the council’s commitment to propagating Islam across the emirate.

He charged people to repent and maintain the level of dedication and spirit of worship shown during the month of Ramadan.

Speaking, the leader of Ulamas Sheikh Jibirin Ibrahim sharehu expressed confidence in the emirate’s commitment to supporting Ramadan Tafsir annually.

Also, the Chief Finance Officer of Nigeria Power Company in Abuja, Malam Umar Hassan Waziri assured the Emir to remain committed to supporting the propagation of Islamic knowledge across the emirate.

Malam Umar Hassan Waziri charged the well to do individuals to assist less privileged people during and after the Ramadan period.
