Interim Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Retired Colonel Milland Dixon-Dikio

The Interim Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Retired Colonel Milland Dixon-Dikio has urged delegates and trainees to shun violence as a means of drawing attention which should not be associated with people of the Niger-Delta.

He made the remarks over the weekend at the graduation ceremony of Presidential Amnesty Programme delegates trained in Pipeline Welding and Fabrication, Quality Assurance and Quality Control, Sandblasting, General Safety, Electrical Installation and Maintenance.
