Hundreds of Arsenal fans in Niger state have today stage a rally in Minna the state capital to rekindle their hope of wining their first ever European trophy, the Champions league.
They matched through some major streets of Minna chanting Arsenal slogans to remind football lovers in the State of the Champions league final match coming up this afternoon between Paris Saint German PSG and Arsenal FC at the Puskas Aren’a in Budapest, Hungary.
To reach to the final of this year’s Champions league, Arsenal defeated Atletico Madrid on 2 – 1 goals aggregate while PSG defeated Bayern Munich on 6 – 5 goals aggregate both on home and away matches.
On head to head between Arsenal and PSG after playing some five matches, both the two teams have won two matches and drew one match each, thereby placing on a fifty fifty position, so that a win for any of the team today will place it on a vantage position.
PSG the defending champions that had won the match once is out to win the match back to back to make it double, twice or a brace while Arsenal is all out to make history of winning the trophy for the first time, and is no doubt motivated by winning the Premier league after twenty two years of waiting.
PSG that is considered by many football fans the world over as favourite for having the best attacking football team in Europe, will no doubt have a mounting of hill to climb as Arsenal is currently parading the most defensive football team in Europe also which will no doubt make the final of this years Champions league a worthwhile and highly competitive in which the best team that utilizes it chances will definitely carry the day.
