The Kaduna State Pilgrims Welfare Agency, under the leadership of its Executive Chairman, Malam Salihu S. Abubakar, has joined other key stakeholders in the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the 2026 Hajj operations. The event took place today in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Executive Chairman was accompanied by senior management officials of the Agency, as well as members of the State Hajj Special Committee. The signing ceremony was coordinated by the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON), in collaboration with the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.
The MoU signifies the formal commencement of preparations for the 2026 Hajj exercise, focusing on enhanced arrangements for accommodation, transportation, feeding, medical services and general welfare of Kaduna State pilgrims.
The Kaduna State Pilgrims Welfare Agency remains committed to ensuring efficient, transparent and pilgrim-centered service delivery in line with the vision of His Excellency, Senator Uba Sani, Governor of Kaduna State.
