The Christian Fellowship Chapel of Restoration, a prominent Christian organization within the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) and Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) in Kaduna, paid a courtesy visit to the newly appointed Zonal Director of FRCN Kaduna, Alhaji Haruna Mohd Idris.

The visit, which took place on 6/11/2025, was aimed at congratulating the Zonal Director on his appointment and seeking God’s guidance and wisdom for his tenure. The team, led by Engineer Justina Patrick Kigbu, Coordinator of FRCN/NTA Christian Fellowship Kaduna, also used the opportunity to invite him to their upcoming Christmas Carol, scheduled to take place on December 11, 2025, at Studio C, FRCN Kaduna, at 2:00 pm.
In her remarks, Engineer Kigbu expressed the organization’s commitment to promoting peaceful coexistence and unity among staff members of FRCN and NTA, regardless of their faith or background. She urged the Zonal Director to grant them approval for coverage of the event by Radio Nigeria, assuring him that it would be a wonderful opportunity to promote unity and peace.
Responding, the Zonal Director, Alhaji Haruna Mohd Idris, thanked the delegation for their visit and acknowledged that they were the second group to have visited him since his appointment. He urged them to write him officially regarding the coverage of the carol and assured them that he would do his best to attend the event.
The Zonal Director also emphasized the importance of peaceful coexistence and unity among staff members, stressing that differences in faith or background should not be a source of conflict. He urged the organization to continue preaching the gospel of peace and to use their platform to promote unity and oneness in the country.
Special prayers were said by Bishop Eugene Luka Adamu, FRCN/NTA Coordinator Christian Fellowship Kaduna, for the management of the station and the nation at large.
The visit ended on a positive note, with the Zonal Director assuring the delegation of his full support and commitment to promoting peace and unity within the organization.
