The Chairman of the Funtua Riyadissalihin Orphanage Support Committee, Alhaji Lawal Mekaji (Madugun Kasuwar Funtua), has called on individuals, especially parents and wealthy members of society, to actively support orphans and improve their well-being.

Mal Yusuf Lawal, also known as Sarkin Kara, is the Director of the Foundation Committee

 

He made this appeal while distributing clothing materials and foodstuffs to orphans in Funtua as part of efforts to share the blessings of the holy month of Ramadan.

According to him, caring for orphans is not just a social responsibility but also a noble act that strengthens the moral fabric of society.

Speaking during the event, the Secretary of the foundation, Bashir Muhammad King, urged the beneficiaries to make good use of the donated items.

He also extended gratitude to all those who contributed to the success of the program, emphasizing that such generosity goes a long way in bringing hope to the less privileged.

The distribution event was met with joy and appreciation from the orphans and their caregivers, reinforcing the importance of communal support in uplifting the lives of vulnerable children.
