Wife of Jigawa State Governor, Hajiya Hadiza Umar Namadi has commissioned the Ultra-Modern Dan Modi Tea & Noodles Joint in Maigatari local government area of the state.
In her speech, Hajiya Hadiza Namadi said, the Ultra-Modern Dan Modi Tea and Noodles Joint which was a newly established joint by the council.
She added that, the modern facility was designed to provide a comfortable and hygienic space for people to enjoy quality tea and noodles while promoting local business growth in the area.
Hajiya Hadiza also launched empowerment support to 300 women in Maigatari local government area.
The beneficiaries each received thirty thousand naira to boost their small scale business.
Radio Nigeria reports that, during the occasion, the wife of the Governor, Hajiya Hadiza Umar Namadi presented engagement letters to 173 MGR-Teach casual beneficiaries.
Some of the beneficiaries commended the Maigatari local government Chairman for the gesture.
