The Nigeria Union of Journalists, Kebbi State Council, has distributed the annual Ramadan package to families of the deceased members in the state.

Presenting the package to the decease families, the Acting Chairman Kebbi State council Alhaji Garba Muhammad Yeldu, called on members of the union to unite themselves in moving the union forward adding that, the union is facing challenges of social media and institute of public relation in the country.

He urged members of the union to renew their membership from now to June and equally advice them to pay their monthly check of dues as well as professional fees.

The Acting Chaiman thanked Labana rice mill and Gaanou farms for their annual support to the union with rice to forward to deceased members.

Speaking on behalf of the Kebbi state government, Chief Press Secretary to the Kebbi State Government, Ahmed Idris, expressed redness of the government to meet with executive council on way forward.
