Kwara styate Fire Service Recovered the body of an 80 years old Woman who died during a fire inferno at a location behind Federal Sectariate in Ilorin.
In a Statement by the Spokesman of the Service,Hassan Adekunle Said the timely Intervention of the Firemen enable them to douse the Fire.
He Said the cause of Fire is yet to be ascertained .
He explained that the Firemen were able to Confined the fire to the first floor of the Storey Building where it originated from, adding that out of four Flats in the storey Building One Flat was affected.
The statement noted that the delay in distress call, led to Severe Damage to the buildings and a Woman of about 80 Years old that was recovered from the building,and been Suspected dead before the Spread of the Fire was confined and eventually subdued.
In a remark the Director, Kwara State Fire Service, Prince Falade Olumuyiwa, advised the General Public to be more safety conscious .
