Kaduna State Government has reiterated it’s commitment to security and support for corps members serving in the state.

Governor El-Rufai stated this at the swearing- in ceremony of Batch A stream one Corps Members Orientation Course at the temporary camp in Kaduna.

Governor El-Rufai who was represented by Commissioner for Humanitarian Affairs and Social Services, Hafsat Mohammed Baba, directed that corps members could go back to the permanent site to camp as part of his administration security measures.

He further stated that payment of state allowance of Corps members serving with state establishment is his administration’s priority.

NYSC State Coordinator, Mr. Agbor Ndoma Obi in his welcome address urged corps members to engage in all camp activities and entrepreneur training to enable them become self-reliant.

A total of seven hundred and ninety corps members were sworn in for the orientation course.
