The Death has occurred of the Auditor, Jigawa State Pilgrims Welfare Board Alhaji Ilyasu Yau Gagarawa popularly known as Baba Iliya. Aged 55

Late iliyasu Yau Gagarawa died yesterday in Dutse local government area after a protracted illness.

He is survived by three wives and 13 children.

Late Baba Iliya has since been buried according to Islamic rites.
