Kaduna State Government has trained one hundred and twenty civil servants on organizational communication for effective service delivery.

The Director Human Resource Development, Office of the Head of Service of the State, Shehu Muhammed stated this at the end of a two day workshop on held at Arewa House Kaduna.

The workshop was organised by the Office of the Head of Service, Kaduna State in collaboration with Northwind Global Consulting Limited.

According to Shehu Muhammed, the State Government is commitment to improve human capital development of its civil servants so as to meet up with modern challenges.

He said, the current administration accorded high priority in human capital development of its workers to assure that such project yield efficient communicative service delivery in the state.

The Director urged the participants to ensure judicious utilisation of the knowledge acquired.

Some of the participants interviewed applauded the administration of Governor Nasir el-Rufai to improving their human capital in order to delivery effectively.
