Vice Chancellor of the University of Ilorin Professor Wahab Egbewole has expressed readiness to take the University to a new height and ensure Institutional excellence.
Professor Egbewole stated this at the occasion of his formal inauguration and assumption of office at the University auditorium in Ilorin ,Kwara state.
According to him his administration will study the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) that characterize the University and address them for collective interest.
Professor Egbewole said he will make good use of the human capital interest of the University.
He solicited the support and cooperation of the institutions management team to place the university where it rightly belong .
He said the principle of inclusive governance and open door policy will be deployed to manage challenges that may arise naturally .
Professor Egbewole noted that his administration will ensure judicious use of resources as well as the maintenance of law and order.
