The All Progressives Congress APC gubernatorial candidate in Niger state Alh Muhammad Umar Bago has congratulated the presidential candidate of the party, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on his election victory at the just concluded primaries.
The Governorship candidate who is also member representing Chanchaga constituency at the National Assembly from Niger state told Radio Nigeria in Minna that it is a well deserved victory.
Alh Umar Muhammad Bago explained that Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu has the capacity and much needed exposure and experience to repostion Nigeria to the next level for optimal performance through good governance.
According to him the emergence of Senator Ahmed Tinubu as APC flagbearer for the twenty twenty three general election in Nigeria is an indication that the party and indeed delegates have gotten it right.
He however maintained that Tinubu is the only candidate that can match Vice President Atiku Abubakar for the position of President in Nigeria and implored Nigerians to rally round his candidature to succeed stressing that his success is a victory for the Nigerian project.
Alh Umar Muhammad Bago expressed optimism that with Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu in power the problem of insecurity dwindling economic fortune and all other problems bedeviling the country would be overcomed.
He also commended President Muhammadu Buhari National Chairman of APC Senator Abdullahi Adamu and members of National Working Committee of the party for providing an enabling environment that produced the flag bearer.
Alh Muhammad Umar Bago also congratulated other aspirants for their doggedness and maturity demostrated before, during and after the APC National Convention saying that the success of Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu is a victory for democracy in Nigeria.
