CBN Returns Temporary Branch Building To Jigawa State Govt

Central Bank of Nigeria CBN has returned its Dutse temporary branch building to the Jigawa State Government.

Presenting keys of the building to the Secretary of the Government of Jigawa State, Alhaji Adamu Abdulkadir Fanini, the Branch Comptroller, Dutse, Hajiya Sa’adatu Ibrahim explained that the Bank was happy to return the property to the Government of Jigawa after moving to its permanent site.

Represented by the branch Comptroller, Muhammad Sani, Hajiya Sa’adatu described Jigawa CBN temporary office as the most suitable office compared to other temporary CBN offices in the Country.

He extended appreciation of the apex Bank to Jigawa State on behalf of the CBN Governor, Mr Godwin Emefiele and assured all other possible support and cooperation.

Receiving the keys of the building, the Secretary to the Government of Jigawa State, Alhaji Adamu Abdulkadir Fanini thanked the Central Bank of Nigeria for returning the building to the State Government.

He commended the CBN for establishing its permanent office in Dutse which he described as a great milestone.

Alhaji Adamu Abdulkadir Fanini assured the Apex Bank that if for any reason it wanted assistance from the State, Government would not hesitate to offer assistance.

During the handing and taking over ceremony, the SSG was accompanied by the State Head of the Civil Service, Alhaji Hussaini Ali Kila and the Permanent Secretary Administration and Finance, office of the Secretary to the Government of Jigawa State, Alhaji Muhammad  Dagaceri among others.
