Okirika, the market for secondhand clothing, will be turned into a comedy series by Muka Ray.

With a star-studded ensemble culled from social media comedians and mainstream performers, the comedy series’ storyline is crafted to tickle viewers’ sense of humour while conveying a moral message.

The group which gathered for the debut in Lagos are Iyabo Ojo, Mr Macaroni, Zicsaloma, Muka Ray, Jide Kosoko, Olaiya Igwe, Yinka Quadri, Binta Ayo-Mogaji, Toyin Abraham, Toro Aramide, Yvonne Jegede, Jide’Jblaze’ Oyegbile, and Kitan Bukola.

Speaking at the ceremony, Okirika’s project coordinator and Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo stated, “although we will be entertaining you, relieving tension, making you laugh, and having a good time, Okirika will also be educational.”

Real Warri Pikin, Mercy Eke, Ini Edo, Korede Bello, Woli Agba, Broda Shaggi, and Precillia Ojo will also appear in the series.
