New strategy to successfully wipe out all forms of criminal activities has been worked out by the Niger state government.
State Governor Alh Abubakar Sani Bello stated this in his speech at palace of new Emir of Kagara Alh Ahmed Garba Gunna the second when he officially entered the palace to assume his throne as third Emir of Kagara.
Represented by his Chief of Staff Government House Minna Alh Ibrahim Balarabe Kagara Governor Abubakar Sani Bello stressed the need for collective efforts by all and sundry to defeat insurgency.
He advised those that engaged in such negative act to repent to avoid being embarrassed under the new security strategy expected to be efficient and effective.
Alh Abubakar Sani Bello also charged people of Kagara to rally round the new Emir to enable them tapped from his wealth of experience to attain peace and development of Kagara emirate Niger state and Nigeria as a whole.
In his remarks new Emir of Kagara Alh Ahmed Garba Gunna the second thanked Governor Abubakar Sani Bello for finding him worthy for the appointment after carefully studying recommendations of the Kagara king makers that was conducted transparently and devoid of interference.
He however expressed delight that all those who have contested the Emirship position along with him have registered their allegiance to him and promised to carry every person along to enhance unity and rapid development of Rafi Local Government Council.
Chairman of Rafi Local Government Council Alh Ismaila Modibbo in a message to the occasion advised people of Kagara to give the new Emir all necessary support needed to succeed and would also wants him to be neutral in politics as father of all.
