Hunters In Kebbi Apprehends 3 for Suspicious Activities

The Kebbi State branch of the Hunters Council of Nigeria, says it has apprehended three person on suspicious activities and handed over to the state police command for further investigation by the police.

The State Commander, Musa Hussaini Rambo, who made this known while speaking to newsmen in Birnin Kebbi, said following an intelligent report for detection of over sixty youths from different part of the country residing at a residence in Birnin Kebbi metropolis.

Hussaini Rambo explained that, they have discharged their civic responsibility for securing the lives and property of the people by exposing such criminal activities.

“The people in this community were not happy by seeing up to sixty young men sleeping in one room in one house and believing that they come to make money within a short time. So I’m happy that I had participated by doing away with all this bad elements in the society”.

Rambo explained that, there is no rate of insecurity that superceeded this which according to him, it is a missnurm to see over sixty young men from different parts of the country coming together to stay in a particular house believing that, after paying five hundred thousand naira each they will become wealthy.

“I wonder why should someone pay five hundred thousand naira to someone in Benin Republic and be brought to Birnin Kebbi, hide him in a room, feed him, teaching him parade in the morning. I think it is missnurm in our society”.

The youths found in the residence told Radio Nigeria that, they paid five hundred thousand naira before joining the acclaimed business company in Benin Republic and they are Nigerians from various states.

Some says, the company used to be in Benin Republic as a business Enterprises and once you paid the said amount of money, you will be brought to Nigeria to let you know the kind of business you will be offered to do.

Residence of the area also told Radio Nigeria that, they were disturbed by seeing over one hundred young men sleeping in a particular house and as well conducting parade in the morning.

They said, they have forwarded their complain to the state police command and the palace of the Emir of Gwandu but no action has been taken in that regard.
