The Kano State Hajj Delegation Committee for the year 2025, led by the Emir of Karaye, His Royal Highness Alhaji Muhammad Mahraz Karaye, has completed its interim report.
The Director General of the Board Alhaji Lamin Rabiu Danbafta disclosed this at the Emir’s Palace in Karaye .
He said the interim report captures all Hajj-related activities since the Committee’s inauguration by the Executive Governor of Kano State, His Excellency Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, in Makkah.
“The report serves as a detailed overview of the Committee’s work so far and will form a vital part of the comprehensive report to be submitted to the Governor.”
The Emir of Karaye expressed profound appreciation to the Executive Governor for the trust and opportunity given to him to serve in this capacity.
Alhaji Lamin Rabi’u Danbappa, noted that the interim report will be formally presented to the Governor ahead of the final comprehensive report.
Alhaji Danbappa also disclosed that the Kano State Pilgrims Welfare Board has already compiled its own comprehensive report, which will soon be submitted to the Executive Governor.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors, Alhaji Yusif Lawan, expressed gratitude to the Emir of Karaye for his unwavering dedication and cooperation, which contributed greatly to the successful conclusion of the Committee’s work.
