The Chairman of Kirikasamma LGA, Honourable Muhammad Maji Wakili Marma, has appointed 47 special advisers from across the council area to promote youth inclusion and enhance grassroots governance under the administration of Governor Umar Namadi.

Speaking during the formal announcement, Vice Chairman Shitu Ahmad Fandum, who represented the council chairman, said the move was aimed at involving young people in decision-making processes and ensuring that every community benefits from the dividends of democracy.

The appointed advisers are expected to provide updates and offer strategic advice on developments within their respective communities.

Hon. Wakili Marma called on them to support the administration and work in harmony with existing political appointees to generate impactful ideas for the growth of Kirikasamma.

Also speaking, the Leader of the Local Government Legislative Council, Isyaku Abdullahi Lokori, outlined the roles of the newly appointed supervisory councillors and special advisers, emphasizing their importance in delivering good governance at the local level.
