The Zamfara State chapter of the All Progressives Congress APC under the leadership of Tukur Umar Danfulani has extend its heartfelt condolences to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the APC Acting National Chairman Dr. Ali Bukar Dalori over the death of one of the party leaders and immediate past President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari.
In a statement issued to Newsmen by the APC Publicity Secretary in Zamfara State, Yusuf Idris Gusau says
Tukur Danfulani on behalf of the State Executives, party leaders, elders, youths, women wing and party supporters in the state registered the party’s condolences to President Bola Tinubu over the national lost of one of the party pillars who played vital roles in the formation of the Progressives movement in the country.
Alhaji Tukur Danfulani said the late President would be remembered for his honesty, hard work, and his government’s fight against corruption.
He said President Muhammadu Buhari exhibited a high sense of tolerance and an independent mind of leadership that promoted electoral independence where every citizen’s vote counted.
Danfulani prayed Almighty Allah to reward his soul with Jannatul Firdaus and forgive his shortcomings.
The state chairman also directed for the closure of the state secretariat of the party to mourn the death of one of their leaders as directed by the Zonal office of the party.
The state secretariat will therefore remain closed throughout the period and thanked the party members for the special prayers offered for the deceased president.
