The Chief Judge of Jigawa State, Justice Umar M. Sadiq, has sworn in Barrister Kamalu Salihu Adamu as a Notary Public in accordance with Section 3 of the Notaries Public Act, Cap 141, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria.

The ceremony, held at the Judicial Complex in Dutse, marks a key milestone in Barrister Adamu’s legal career, granting him the authority to authenticate documents, administer oaths, and certify affidavits, among other notarial duties.

Speaking at the event, Justice Umar M. Sadiq praised Barrister Adamu’s dedication to the legal profession and urged him to carry out his new responsibilities with diligence and ethical integrity.

He also highlighted the crucial role of Notaries Public in facilitating legal and commercial transactions both within and outside Nigeria.

In his response, Barrister Kamalu Salihu Adamu expressed gratitude for the honor, pledging to uphold the responsibilities of his office with sincerity and professionalism.

The Director, Publicity & Protocol of the Jiigawa State Judiciary, Abbas Rufai Wangara, congratulated him on his appointment and wished him success in his new role.
