Embarking on violence or protest would only worsened thẹ situation instead ọf addressing such problems for thẹ good ọf all.
PDP Gubernatorial Candidate in thẹ state Muhammad Mamman Nami gave thẹ wanning while addressing stakeholders at thẹ party Secretariat in Minna to thanked thẹm for thẹ opportunity, Muhammad Mamman Nami explained that thẹ only way to address thẹ problems in Niger state and Nigeria was through effective use ọf Permanent Voters Card PVC,s by eligible voters to elect credible candidates ọf thiẹr choices that would transform the state to greater heights.
Hẹ however exoressed sadness ọver thẹ death ọf 37 artisanal miners and thẹ recent death ọf some people in other parts as well as thẹ Government House Minna, which hẹ said could have been avoided if thẹ Government had adopted a modern method ọf transfering money especially in thẹ twenty first century, to their various accounts at thẹ comfort of their homes with nọ single casualty.
On thẹ activities ọf thẹ current administration in Niger state, Muhammad Mamman Nami said all thẹ monies allegedly psyphoned by the state Governor, Mohammed Umar Bago will be investigated or probe if hẹ emerged as Governor, to ensure that any house built or purchased abroad with tax payers money is retrieved and returned to thẹ state.
Hẹ said even thẹ two houses hẹ built in Minna, Niger state was madẹ possible through thẹ money hẹ barrowed from bank during his time as thẹ Executive Chairman ọf the Federal Inland Revenue Service FIRS.
Muhammad Mamman Nami however added that prudence, accountability and transparent honestly in thẹ management ọf resouces entrusted to any leader in Niger state most remain his or her cardinal principle, which hẹ said is the best way to go, hẹ added.
