Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani, has appointed three new Commissioners, forty-five aides and forty members of various boards to strengthen his administration’s development agenda and institutional reforms.

In a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Malam Ibraheem Musa, says the appointments were aimed at accelerating the administration’s transformational agenda, improving public service delivery and promoting sustainable economic growth.

The statement explains that the Managing Director of Kaduna State Media Corporation, KSMC, Ben Kure, has been appointed Commissioner for Sports Development, while Amina Akilu Dalhat is the new Commissioner for Special Duties One, and Abdullahi Garba Abbas will serve as Commissioner for Special Duties Two.

The Governor also appointed the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Education, Dr Haliru Soba, as Deputy Chief of Staff, Administration.

Among the board chairmen appointed are Alhaji Munir Jafaru, Kaduna State Health Care Board, Air Vice Marshal Bashir Gamagira Saidu, Kaduna Vigilance Service Board; and retired Justice Gideon Isa Kurada, College of Education, Gidan Waya.

Others are Esther Bago, Institute of Vocational Training and Skills Development; Dr Yusuf Aliyu Bature, Kaduna Hospital Supply Management Agency; and Engineer Namadi Musa, Kaduna Rural Access Roads Authority.

According to the statement, the appointees were selected based on their track record of excellence, integrity and dedication.

Governor Uba Sani charged them to bring fresh perspectives, shun complacency and align their responsibilities with the administration’s vision of building a transformed and resilient Kaduna State.

The statement congratulates the appointees and prayed for God’s guidance as they assume their new responsibilities.
