The North-west Zonal Youth Leader of the All Progressives Congress-APC, AbdulHamid Umar Muhammad(Oscar), has called on youths to shun all forms of violence in the forthcoming political campaigns.
In a statement made available to Radio Nigeria, AbdulHamid Umar Muhammad called on youths in the zone to channel their energy towards nation-building and never allow political crises to manipulate their potential.
The statement notes that the capacity of the youth lies in their power to vote and participation democratic engagement, as real leadership is won through Ideas and debate, not conflict.
AbdulHamid Umar Muhammad therefore urged all APC youths in the North-west zone to lead by example, reject thuggery and promote unity at all times.
