Secretary to the Niger State Government, Alhaji Abubakar Usman, has called on Christians tọ embrace the spirit of peace, forgiveness, sacrifice and unity that the season of Easter embodies.

Hẹ made the call In Minna, while extending his heartfelt Easter greetings to the Christian community and all residents of the State.
Alh Abubakar Usman highlighted the significance of Easter as a time of hope and resurrection, drawing parallels to the ongoing efforts by the State Government to foster development and harmony among its diverse population.
“Easter reminds us of the triumph of light over darkness, love over hatred and peace over conflict, as we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ, let us reflect on our shared values and commit to building a more inclusive and prosperous Niger State,” the SSG stated.
Emphasizing the administration’s commitment under Governor Mohammed Umar Bago, Alhaji Usman noted that the administration will continue to remain resolute towards the promotion of religious tolerance and interfaith dialogue.
