Niger State Governor, Mohammed Umar Bago has congratulated Christians world over on the end of the 2026 Lent and Easter celebration.
In an Easter message through his Chief Press Secretary, Bologi Ibrahim, the Governor explain that Easter is a solemn celebration for Christians.
Governor Umar Bago acknowledges the significance of Easter to Christians, as it serves as the foundation of their faith.
He reminded them of the need to have deeper reflection on the importance of Easter and to continue to uphold the tenets of their religion.
Umar Bago enjoined them to deepen their supplications to God for an enduring peace in the state and the entire country.
The Governor reaffirms the determination of his administration to continue to provide inclusive governance and resolve to achieve the New Niger agenda for the benefit of the citizenry.
