The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Zamfara State Command, under the leadership of Commandant CC Sani Mustapha, has confirmed the deployment of three hundred and sixty-five (365) operational personnel across the state to ensure a peaceful and secure Easter celebration.

In a statement issued by the Public Relations Officer of the State Command, ASCI Umar Mohammad said the deployments cover the entire festive period including pre, active, and post-Easter activities.

According to the statement, the strategic objective is to strengthen security presence at worship centres and safeguard lives and critical infrastructure across all fourteen Local Government Areas (mof Zamfara State.

It says Commandant Sani Mustapha called for extensive operational coverage, urged personnel to uphold discipline, maintain consistency, and demonstrate professionalism in the discharge of their duties to ensure peace and order throughout the celebrations.

He further affirmed that under the accomplished leadership of the Commandant General, Professor Ahmed Abubakar Audi, NSCDC remains committed to delivering on its mandates.

Mustapha stressed that, the Zamfara State Command will continue to protect lives, property, and critical infrastructure, also warned that any individual found violating the law will face appropriate consequences.

CC Sani Mustapha extended his felicitations to Christians across the state, wishing them a successful and fulfilling Easter celebration. He prayed that this festive period fosters unity and contributes to lasting peace in the nation.
