A prominent businessman and philanthropist, Alhaji Garba Mai Kwai, has donated Hajj garments to 96 intending pilgrims from the Makarfi Local Government Area of Kaduna State.

The donation, which consists of Ihram (harami) robes, was distributed to 67 men and 29 women during a weekly induction and orientation exercise held Saturday and Sunday at the local government secretariat.

Speaking during the presentation, Mai Kwai said he hoped the pilgrims would achieve a “Mabrur” (accepted) Hajj.

He also urged the beneficiaries to dedicate their time in the Holy Land to praying for lasting peace and stability across Nigeria.

The Kaduna State Pilgrims Welfare Agency confirmed that all 96 intending pilgrims from the Makarfi contingent have already secured their visas for the 2026 spiritual journey.
