The Old Boys Association of Kaduna Government College KADOBA has applauded Governor Uba Sani for his efforts in improving education standards across Kaduna State.
National President of the Association, Alhaji Muhammad Yusuf Sa’in Lere, gave the commendation in Kaduna during a joint meeting of the Exco members and elders of the Association to discuss preparations for the forthcoming National Convention.
Addressing the meeting, Alhaji Sa’in Lere acknowledged the governor’s ongoing initiatives aimed at revitalizing the state’s education sector.
He explained that the Association remains committed to partnering with the state government to achieve its goals in educational development.
The National President also commended the present administration for restoring peace, noting that residents are now enjoying improved peaceful coexistence across the state.
He commended the effort of the Governor in addressing the security issues in the state and the situation has significantly improved.
According to Sa’in Lere, the College is facing encroachment, and appealed to the state government to intervene and returne the school to it’s past glory.
Other issue discussed during the meeting was the National Convention of the Association which is long overdue, and the elders advised that the convention should be delayed till after festivity period.
Some of the elders, AVM Ndatsu a former military Governor of Kano state and Dan Masanin Zazzau, Dr. Falalu Bello have encouraged the Exco to intensified efforts towards meeting Governor Uba Sani to discuss the possibility of returning the college to students.
