A fourteen-man planning committee has been inaugurated for the 4th edition of the Daniel Amos Medical Outreach, scheduled to hold from 4th to 9th December 2025.

 

In a statement by his Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Victor T. Dabo, the committee is chaired by Dr. Danjuma Peter Averik, with Samuel Isah Shamaki serving as Secretary.

 

The statement explains that this year’s outreach is designed to deliver over one thousand general surgeries, four hundred eye surgeries, and the distribution of three thousand eyeglasses to beneficiaries across Jema’a and Sanga.

 

Mr. Amos urges the committee to work with unity and compassion to ensure the outreach meets its targets and further strengthens access to quality healthcare in the constituency.

 

Other members of the committee are: Alhaji Ibrahim Koli and Mr. Yakubu Abubakar, APC Chairmen of Jema’a and Sanga LGAs; Ibrahim Idris and Yusuf Tah, representatives of the Chairmen of Sanga and Jema’a LGAs;  Christiana Musa, Lucy Nickaf, James Inji, Benjamin Gambo, Nehemiah Madugu, Victor Teh Dabo, and Victor Audu.

 

The committee has since begun work, resolving to ensure the success of the outreach.

 

Mr. Daniel Amos is the House of Representatives member for the Jema’a/Sanga Federal Constituency of Kaduna State, and the annual medical outreach has remained his flagship program since his assumption of office.
